These Terms & Conditions constitute the binding legal agreement between you and 98par. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager on the platform. By registering with 98par, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause contained herein.

One Account Per Person
98par operates a strict one-account policy. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All promotional bonuses offered by 98par are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible game restrictions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering conditions have been fully satisfied in accordance with the specific promotion terms.
Deposits & Withdrawals in PKR
All financial transactions on 98par are processed in Pakistani Rupees. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for fully verified accounts.
Fair Use & Prohibited Activity
The use of automated bots, arbitrage betting systems, VPNs to circumvent access controls, or any coordinated activity designed to exploit 98par systems constitutes a breach of these Terms. 98par reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such activity is detected.
Responsible Gaming
98par is committed to responsible gaming. Deposit limits, session timers, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools are available to all registered players in the account dashboard at all times, free of charge and effective immediately upon activation.
Section 1
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Registration and use of the 98par platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. 98par enforces this requirement through mandatory CNIC-based identity verification during the account registration process. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account suspended immediately, all pending wagers voided, and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method.
To create an account with 98par, you must:
98par operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. No individual may hold more than one registered account on the platform at any time. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to exploit promotions or as a result of oversight — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 98par reserves the right to close all but one account, void any wagers placed from duplicate accounts, and forfeit any bonus funds associated therewith.
98par is required by its licence conditions to conduct identity verification on all registered players. You may be required at any time to provide copies of your CNIC, proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and, where deposits have been made via bank transfer, source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe stipulated by 98par may result in the restriction of account withdrawals, suspension of account access, or permanent closure.
Section 3
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98par account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 98par will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or SMS. Any account access that occurs using your correct login credentials will be treated as authorised activity unless you have notified 98par of a suspected security breach prior to such access.
An account is considered inactive if no login or financial transaction has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. 98par reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be maintained for a period of not less than 36 months from the last account activity, after which applicable regulatory dormancy provisions may apply.
You may close your 98par account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
Section 4
All deposits and withdrawals on the 98par platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 98par accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 for mobile wallet methods. 98par does not accept deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties — all funding must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are available to players whose accounts have completed full KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. 98par reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its reasonable discretion, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large relative to deposit history or where the account has not previously processed a withdrawal.
Where technically possible, withdrawal proceeds will be returned to the same payment method from which the corresponding deposit was made. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protects the integrity of the payment ecosystem. 98par reserves the right to apply additional verification requirements to any withdrawal request that cannot be processed to the original source method.
Section 5
All bonuses and promotions offered by 98par are subject to the general terms contained in this Section 5 as well as the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general and specific bonus terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. 98par reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise, the following wagering conditions apply to all bonus funds credited to a 98par account:
Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available exclusively to new 98par players making their first deposit. One welcome bonus per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method applies. 98par reserves the right to withdraw a welcome bonus at any point prior to its full satisfaction if the account is found to be in breach of any eligibility requirement.
Section 6
98par reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you have received an on-screen confirmation from the platform. Network interruptions, browser errors, or incomplete bet placement flows may result in a wager not being registered — in such cases, no liability attaches to 98par for the non-placement of the intended wager.
In the event that a wager is accepted or a game result recorded due to a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, software malfunction, or human error — 98par reserves the right to void the wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. No additional compensation will be payable in respect of manifest errors.
Specific rules governing each casino game, live dealer game, and sportsbook market are published within the respective game or market interface on the 98par platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall govern in respect of the particular game or market to which they relate.
Section 7
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98par platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, entitling 98par to suspend or permanently close the relevant account and forfeit any associated balance:

All intellectual property rights in and to the 98par platform, including but not limited to the software, website design, trademarks, trade names, logos, game content, data, and all other materials published or made available on the platform, are and shall remain the exclusive property of 98par and its licensors. Your use of the platform does not confer upon you any ownership interest or licence in respect of any such intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the 98par platform without the prior written consent of 98par. Any unauthorised use of 98par intellectual property constitutes an infringement of our rights and may give rise to legal action.
Section 9
The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by 98par is governed by the 98par Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
98par processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and, where you have provided consent, marketing communications. 98par does not sell personal data to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. Full details of data retention periods, your rights as a data subject, and the contact information for data-related queries are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Section 10
98par is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We recognise that gambling, while an entertaining activity for the majority of players, can cause harm for a minority of individuals who develop problematic gambling behaviours. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98par shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: (a) loss of winnings; (b) loss of data; (c) loss of profits or revenue; (d) indirect, consequential, or incidental loss; or (e) any loss arising from reliance on information published on the platform.
98par's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 98par account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 98par's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Section 12
98par reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 98par will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3.
Section 13
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 98par holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 98par internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by 98par's licensing authority.
To submit a formal complaint to 98par, you should contact the support team in the first instance. All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate your complaint to the applicable regulatory authority.
